Living in a large and fast-paced city like NYC, the go-go mentality is a must and part of the norm. In trying to keep up with everyday life, we become stressed, exhausted and frustrated. Luckily, the lovely Guramrit Khalsa has some words of advice for us.



Guramrit Khalsa is Holistic Health Counselor, Author, and Personal Chef who works with clients to empower, uplift and encourage them to make important changes in their lives while creating meals that are healing, holistic and delicious.
