We simply ask that you send the item back to us in the same condition it was sent out to you. Due to the nature of handmade jewelry, they are delicate pieces and can break. If that is the case, any necessary repairs will be done at no additional cost to you. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it to us. Exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. All sales and promotions are final. We do not give refunds on any purchases. Since our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds.
